Key Principle: Our service provides automation infrastructure similar to how cloud providers offer computing resources. Users are fully responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service.
2. Infrastructure Service Nature
ProbablyFair.org, backed by AS211747 (HYPR-NET), operates as an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) provider, offering:
- Cloud-based browser instances
- Network proxy infrastructure
- Session management capabilities
- Automation APIs and adapters
Like other infrastructure providers (AWS, Google Cloud, ISPs), we provide tools without endorsing, monitoring, or controlling specific use cases beyond ensuring compliance with this AUP.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Authorization and Ownership
Users MUST:
- Only automate accounts they personally own or have explicit written authorization to access
- Maintain proof of authorization for any automated accounts
- Immediately cease automation if authorization is revoked
3.2 Legal Compliance
Users MUST ensure their use:
- Complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
- Respects all third-party terms of service
- Does not facilitate illegal activities
- Does not violate any regulatory requirements
4. Prohibited Uses

- Accessing accounts without proper authorization

6. Infrastructure Provider Safe Harbor
As a neutral infrastructure provider, we operate under similar principles to:
- Internet Service Providers: Not liable for users' internet activities
- Cloud Computing Platforms: Not responsible for hosted applications
- Web Browsers: Not accountable for websites visited
- VPN Services: Not liable for traffic routed through their networks
We provide the infrastructure; users are solely responsible for ensuring their use is legal and authorized.
